Hello, my name is Wally Irish. I am a lifelong resident of Manchester and attended local schools and Central Connecticut State University.

I became an Independent Insurance agent in 1972 and in 1976 I established The W.J. Irish Insurance Agency. I am a member of the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Connecticut, and the Professional Insurance Agents of Connecticut and have held various positions in each organization.

I have made a career of being available to discuss and plan both personal and business insurance needs. If you wish to review or compare your current insurance contracts or discuss a proposal for a new insurance need, feel free to contact me. Amanda “Aimee” Parlante

I am a licensed agent and have been with the agency since 1998. I quote and service all of the commercial lines business. I strive to provide timely, professional service and accurate information to all clients.

I reside in Ellington with my wonderful husband. When I am not servicing clients, I enjoy playing golf, shooting pool and spending time with my family.

Maureen Carr

My name is Maureen Carr, I am a licensed agent specializing in Personal Lines business.  I have been with the agency since February 2002 and in the insurance field for 20 years.  I handle all your Personal Lines needs quoting, changing policies, and answering any questions that you may have regarding your policy.  I have some company experience but most of my insurance career has been working in agencies.

I am married and have 2 daughters.  I have resided in Manchester all my life.  Most of my summer weekends are spent at the Cape sailing or kayaking.

Krystle Curtin

My name is Krystle Curtin. I am a licensed agent and have been with W. J. Irish Insurance Agency since 2005.  I can help you with all of your personal lines insurance needs from billing inquiries and policy changes to assisting you in choosing the best policy to protect what’s most important to you. 

I currently reside in Manchester and am working on finishing a degree in Business at Manchester Community College.  When I am not working or going to school I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, playing with my puppy, and enjoying the beautiful beaches at my family's summer home in Rhode Island.

Andrew (Andy) Ruganis

As the Office Administrator for the Agency I have a variety of responsibilities both office and product oriented.  In addition to constantly monitoring office policies and procedures for accuracy and efficiency, we strive to provide timely and professional service on all matters to our clients.  All aspects of service are kept at the highest professional standards.  From phone calls, policy quotations and change requests, claim submissions and processing, and general overall service, our efforts are consistently monitored to keep our standards at the highest levels.

With over three years agency experience and thirty one plus years with a major insurance company in Hartford, my background and knowledge of the insurance industry, and that of our experienced staff, bring to you, our client, the comfort of knowing your servicing and insurance needs will be well taken care of.

My name is Denise Kana. I am the bookkeeper and although I have only been with W.J.Irish Insurance since March, 2007, I have been in the bookkeeping field for 30 years.

I reside in Windsor Locks with my husband and 1 daughter. When I am not working I enjoy traveling with my family, going to the beach and relaxing with a good book.
